This initial investment covers infrastructure costs for the first 12 months. Starting from the second year, recurring operational costs (Enterprise Hosting, Domain Renewal, AI Platform Licenses) are estimated at IDR 2,000,000 – 3,000,000 / year. *Note: Any additional custom features, specific premium plugins, or third-party integrations requested outside this initial scope will be quoted separately based on requirements.

Essential maintenance to keep the system secure and running.
Operational Guard: Bi-weekly backups, security hardening, and technical onboarding.
AI Token Management: Transparent monthly reports on AI Assistant communications and data consumption.
On-Bill Usage: AI API token costs are billed based on actual monthly consumption to ensure fair pricing.
Phase C: Full Strategic Management IDR 2,500,000 / Mo
Includes all Phase B services plus proactive digital expansion.
Content Continuity: Monthly project updates & LinkedIn management to keep the brand alive.
